Delivery:
We use reliable courier services for our deliveries, and it may take 2-5 working days
for the product to reach you depending on your location. You'll receive an email /
text / WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery rates:
Rates are depending on your subscription model , Common user have to pay the courier
charges with the time of order placement.
Registered user have to pay courier charges if not registered for D.A.W.N.
subscription of SAPKART educational support system.
In Premium subscription no courier charges are applicable for next three months of
subscription enrolment date. After the subscription with D.A.W.N. educational system
, there no courier charges.
Delivery Problems:
If any issues arise with your delivery, we'll do our best to identify and resolve
them promptly. Contact us at sapcare@sapkart.com and we'll assist
you.
What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
If you're
not available, the courier will leave a card. They'll make a second attempt after 48
hours. If you're still unavailable, the courier will hold your parcel for 7 days
before returning it to us. We'll resend it once it arrives back at our warehouse.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
If your parcel
arrives in a damaged condition, please refuse to accept it and email us
at sapcare@sapkart.com within 3 days. We'll send a replacement or
issue a credit
note or refund the amount.
What should I do if a damaged parcel has been Left for me?
If a
damaged parcel is left for you by the courier at your door step or if your neighbour
has accepted it on your behalf, the parcel is considered ‘Accepted’. If on opening
your parcel you notice that the items are damaged or missing, immediately contact us
at sapcare@sapkart.com.
